October 20 3:37 pm PST We've been giving pitocin from 7:30 until now (8 hours) and contractions have not been strong enough to clear a path. So, they have discontinued the drugs. We're disappointed that it didn't work again. Sunshine's also a little tired of being hooked up to a couple IVs, baby monitor, blood pressure monitor, and contraction monitor (all standard procedure for induction) which restrict her to a 3 foot radius. The doctor will visit later this afternoon to plan what happens next. I'll let you know when we know.
