October 16. Our friends who have a due date 1 day later than ours are in the hospital for their delivery today. We're wishing them all the best. This dashes our previous plans for the first pregnant olympics starring our wives. The boys think it would be outstanding fun to test the mental and physical prowess of ladies late in pregnancy. Competitions could include such things as walk across a room with a pitcher full of water, get up and answer the phone 5 times fast, navigate a maze without bumping into anything with your belly, how many oranges can you catch, first to put on a pair of socks and shoes, longest time between bathroom visits, and fighting the pregnesia with trying to remember 5 pieces of information for 10 whole minutes. The husbands thought this sounded great. Sunshine and Julie were not so sure. Any other event suggestions?
With all of their free time, the dogs have been getting artistic in their sleep. They call this one dog paisley.

Sometimes they even let others play.

As you can see, the dogs and I are doing our best not to let Sunshine feel left out. Bed rest for everyone!

Well, we're hanging out until a doctor's appointment tomorrow afternoon. I'll post the news, if there is any, Tuesday night. Take care.
